Project Consultation

Thank you for taking the time to get involved in the below stages of consultation for Steeple Renewables Project:

  • Early informal consultation: Monday 23 October 2023 – Monday 4 December 2023
  • Statutory consultation: Monday 20 January 2025 – Monday 3 March 2025

During our statutory consultation, we presented more detailed proposals and sought your feedback on the site layout and design, details of construction, operation and decommissioning, preliminary environmental information, and plans for the proposed community benefits package. The feedback received, alongside detailed environmental and technical assessments, helped us refine our proposals and informed the final design of the application for Steeple Renewables Project, submitted to the Planning Inspectorate.

Following consultation we submitted our DCO application, incorporating feedback received during the statutory consultation. A key change to the proposals is the removal of the secondary access from Area E. Our submitted application can be found on the Application Documents Library.
